Delivery & Returns

Shipping

Shipping within mainland UK costs £3.95 for orders under £40, shipping is free over £40.

We use Royal Mail for most deliveries.

We aim to ship all products within 2 working days. Once dispatched, delivery is usually estimated to take between 1 and 3 working days via Royal Mail 1st class. However, please note that during the current pandemic, delivery times may take longer so please allow for this when ordering. Our delivery service will require a signature on receipt (which means we can’t deliver to PO boxes).

We will do everything we can to fulfil orders within this timescale, but do reserve the right to extend this estimated delivery time during busy periods or due to unforeseen circumstances. We’ll also endeavour to inform you if your order is going to be delayed.

If you require delivery faster than our standard terms, please email us before ordering with details of the product(s) you’d like to order, your delivery address and when you’d like to receive them by. If we can fulfil this request we will send you a quote for faster delivery.

International Shipping

We currently don’t ship overseas as a standard service. However if you email us to advise what you’d like to order and where it will need to be sent, we will email you with a shipping cost via Royal Mail.  Deliveries outside of the UK may be subject to import taxes and other charges for which the customer is responsible for paying.

Returns

We only accept returns on ‘as new’ products. A full refund will only be made if items are received back in their original condition.

Customers have 14 days to request a refund after receiving your goods, e.g. if you aren’t happy with them. Please email us to arrange the return on returns@elizanellie.com – you will then be given instructions for the return and refund of your item. Please note the buyer is responsible for returning items to us and we recommend recorded delivery, or a ‘signed for’ delivery method for this and reusing the box your goods were sent in for their safe return. We cannot provide refunds for items lost or damaged in the post.  Please allow up to 14 days from us receiving your returned goods for your refund to be processed. Any refund will be applied to your original method of payment.

Please inspect all goods on receipt. If items arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as possible; pictures of the damage would also be appreciated.

If there is an error with your order please email us on customerservice@elizanellie.com as soon as possible after receipt, ideally within the first 48 hours, to enable us to rectify this swiftly.
