Shipping

We use Royal Mail for most deliveries. 

If your purchase is a gift, we can also post direct to the recipient with your message on a gift message card.

Shipping options within mainland UK:

Standard shipping is  £4.95 (for 1st class signed for). If your purchase amount qualifies for free shipping, your order will be sent 2nd class signed for. You can still choose to pay for ‘1st class signed for’ if you require your delivery sooner.

Our delivery service will require a signature on receipt (which means we can’t deliver to PO boxes).  If you’d like to upgrade to a ‘next day’ service please contact us for costs/options.

We will do everything we can to fulfil orders within 1-2 business days, but do reserve the right to extend this estimated time during busy periods or due to unforeseen circumstances. We’ll also endeavour to inform you if your order is going to be delayed.

Christmas posting details: We suggest all orders are made by 15th December to give your purchase the best chance of arriving in time via a busier Royal Mail at this time of year.  We’ll continue to accept and post out orders until 22nd December however. All orders made after that date and over the Christmas period will be posted on 4th January.

International Shipping

Deliveries outside of the UK may be subject to import taxes and other charges for which the customer is responsible for paying. Please contact us for a cost to ship to your country before placing an order.

Returns

We only accept returns on ‘as new’ products. A full refund will only be made if items are received back in their original condition.

Customers have 14 days to request a refund after receiving your goods, e.g. if you aren’t happy with them. Please email us to arrange the return on customerservice@elizanellie.com – you will then be given instructions for the return and refund of your item. Please note the buyer is responsible for returning items to us and we recommend recorded delivery, or a ‘signed for’ delivery method for this and reusing the box your goods were sent in for their safe return. We cannot provide refunds for items lost or damaged in the post.  Please allow up to 14 days from us receiving your returned goods for your refund to be processed. Any refund will be applied to your original method of payment.

Please inspect all goods on receipt. If items arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as possible; pictures of the damage would also be appreciated.

If there is an error with your order please email us on customerservice@elizanellie.com as soon as possible after receipt, ideally within the first 48 hours, to enable us to rectify this swiftly.
